SalesPlus does not collect information about individuals who are not directly associated with a merchant account, and information is gathered only when a merchant or its users interact with the platform for legitimate business purposes initiated or authorized by the merchant. By using SalesPlus, the merchant and its users consent to the processing of their information in accordance with this policy.
By accessing the platform, the user acknowledges that this Privacy Policy governs how information is processed, stored, and protected within SalesPlus. Any enhancements, new modules, or additional functionalities introduced into the platform will remain subject to the principles and safeguards outlined in this policy. All information entrusted to SalesPlus is stored securely and managed in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal security standards designed to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of operational and personal data.
Information We Collect and How It Is Used:
Information shared with SalesPlus is used strictly for purposes essential to the merchant's operational use of the platform. These purposes include user identity verification, account authentication, customer assignment, end-to-end order lifecycle, discount handling, deposit and payment tracking, inventory movements, stock requests and returns, and coordination between the merchant's sales, warehouse, finance, and administrative teams.
Users may provide information such as their name, organizational role, contact details, user identifiers, and workflow-related data generated during transactions. This information is required to maintain accurate attribution of activities, uphold the integrity of operational records, and ensure full traceability of actions performed within the merchant's business environment.
Location Data and Agent Tracking:
SalesPlus collects and processes real-time location data from authorized sales agents and delivery personnel during working hours. This capability is an integral part of the platform's operational design and is used for the following specific purposes:
• Verifying that orders are created from within or in proximity to the customer's registered location, ensuring geographic accuracy and preventing orders from being placed outside designated service areas.
• Monitoring agent activity and field presence during working hours to support operational accountability and team coordination.
• Enabling merchants to validate that sales visits, order submissions, and delivery activities are carried out at the correct customer locations.
• Supporting route planning, task assignment, and real-time dispatch decisions by the merchant's operations and management teams.
Location data is collected only during active working sessions and is not tracked outside of authorized working hours. Access to location information is restricted to the merchant's authorized administrators and management personnel, and is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in this policy.
By using the SalesPlus platform as a sales agent or delivery personnel, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in this section. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their agents are informed of this policy and have provided any required consent under applicable local laws prior to using the platform.
Technical and System-Generated Information:
In addition to information intentionally provided by the merchant and its users, SalesPlus collects technical and system-generated information arising from platform usage. This includes device identifiers, performance logs, network information, and other technical indicators. Such information is used to enhance platform reliability, support issue diagnosis, improve user experience, and mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access, platform misuse, or operational disruptions.
Disclosure of Information:

Corporate Transactions and Data Retention:
In the event of a corporate transaction affecting the ownership or operational control of SalesPlus — such as an acquisition, merger, restructuring, or transfer of platform management — information relevant to platform continuity may be transferred to the succeeding entity. Any significant changes affecting data handling or governance will be communicated in an appropriate and timely manner.
When a merchant's relationship with SalesPlus concludes, certain information may be retained as required to satisfy regulatory, auditing, security, or business continuity obligations. Non-identifiable operational insights may continue to be used to improve platform performance and support the development of new capabilities without revealing any individual or merchant identities.
Security Measures:
SalesPlus maintains a strong and ongoing commitment to protecting all information processed through the platform. Robust administrative, technical, and operational security measures are enforced to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of data.
